Stempien Gives Plea

Guilty pleas are entered by a man for computer based sex crimes. 19 year old Noah Stempien of Fremont, Indiana entered the pleas on charges of using a computer to commit a crime and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. Five other charges were dismissed by the Branch County Prosecutor’s Office. Stempien was arrested in August, following an investigation by the Michigan State Police into the crimes that happened between June and December of 2016. Sentencing is set for November 6.
