A man from Jonesville, Michigan will have to do 180 days of an 18 month sentence after entering a guilty plea to a felony charge of intimidation on Monday in Steuben Superior Court. Terry Dendy was accused of threatening to kill employees of a local company in a pay dispute in April of 2014. Dendy, on Monday, was given credit for 85 days already, plus another 85 days for good behavior. He was also placed on probation for one year.
