Stickney Goes To Prison

A Butler woman is sentenced for vehicular manslaughter in Williams County. Cassandra Stickney was given eight years. The charges against Stickney stem from a hit-and-run accident on Feb. 16, which caused the death of Williams County resident, Keith Brown. Both Brown and Stickney were westbound on U.S. 6 near Edgerton, when Stickney’s vehicle struck the rear of Brown’s bicycle.
