Stryker man indicted on numerous charges of a sexual matter.

A Stryker man was indicted by a Williams County grand jury on multiple charges of a sexual matter, including some involving a minor. 51 year old Todd Lee Replogle, of Stryker, was indicted on one count of rape, a felony of the first degree, with a sexually violent predator specification; one count of gross sexual imposition, a felony of the third degree; 10 counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor, all second degree felonies; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third degree felony; one count of having weapons while under disability, a felony of the third degree; and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. It is alleged Replogle had sexual conduct with a 7-year-old from March of 2019 to November of 2019 and the grand jury found that he is a sexually violent predator.
