The president and CEO of Sweetwater has resigned from his position at the Lutheran Hospital and Lutheran Health Network board of directors. Chuck Surack’s resignation comes amid months of upheaval at Lutheran…after a group of doctors attempted to buy the facility from its owner, Community Health Systems. Surack’s resignation is effective immediately.
