SWAT officer dies in capital city

The state capital is mourning the loss of SWAT officer Steven Smith, killed in the line of duty on Sunday morning. Funeral arrangements are being made now for the 27-year-veteran officer shot in the head, allegedly by a suspect they were trying to arrest for arson.
