A Williams County-based manufacturer moves forward with a $12 million expansion, after county commissioners approved a tax abatement agreement. The 15-year, 100 percent Enterprise Zone Agreement for 20/20 Custom Molded Plastics in Holiday City will clear the way for a 200,000-square-foot plant build up that is expected to bring 100 new jobs to the company by the end of 2019.
