Taylor Case Update

Philip Taylor, the Bryan man accused of killing four dogs earlier this month with a handgun, is indicted on six counts by a Williams County grand jury. Prosecutors say it all happened at Taylor’s home on County Road 13. He was arrested back on June 2 and booked at the Corrections Center in Stryker.
