Taylor Trial Update

A former Bryan dog groomer, caught abusing pets on video last summer, is found guilty in a Fulton County courtroom. Theresa Taylor faced five counts of cruelty to a companion animal. The jury of eight men and four women deliberated for over three hours before returning the guilty verdict. She was previously indicted by a grand jury for tormenting and beating dogs last Aug. at Theresa Taylor’s Grooming, her former business on Stryker St. in Archbold. Surveillance tape from Taylor’s business, which later went viral, showed separate incidents…with her roughly handling two dogs while grooming them.
