Teen dies in a two-vehicle accident in Paulding County.

A Rossburg teen dies in a two-vehicle accident in Paulding County. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Hayden Smith, 16, was southbound on County Road 87, and failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection with Ohio 114. His vehicle traveled into the intersection, hitting the trailer of a westbound semi, driven by Gary Ballenger, 54, of Oakwood. Smith was taken from the scene to an area hospital where he died. Ballenger was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
