A Ney man pleads guilty to drugs and stolen guns charges. James Thomas was in a Williams County courtroom. Prosecutors say on Feb. 2, he possessed methamphetamine and a stolen police service revolver when he was arrested. They added he had several other handguns on him at the time. His sentencing is set for next month.
