Time will stand still, for a while

The construction at the Williams County Courthouse continues and the clock is the focus of work being done now. Workers will take the clock apart, building new floors and protective walls. The general contractor, E. Lee Construction is from Delphos. They are focusing on repairing and preventing future water damage in the historic clock tower. Construction and repairs are expected to last throughout the summer. That may affect downtown outdoor events, and the commissioners say they’ll meet with Bryan officials to talk about alternate venues and plans that may be affected.
