Toledo area man sentenced in Henry County Common Pleas Court to a prison term on drug-related charges.

A Toledo area man was sentenced in Henry County Common Pleas Court to a prison term on drug-related charges that could exceed 10 years. 34 year old Victor Watson, of Sylvania, was sentenced to eight to 12 years on a charge of conspiracy, a second-degree felony; and having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. The charges alleged that on March 13 he unlawfully possessed a firearm and conspired with two co-defendants – 46 year old Jared Foor, of Napoleon, and 39 year old Ashley Grond, also of Napoleon – “in the distribution or preparation for sale of methamphetamine.” Watson was given credit for 125 days served in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio while his case was pending.
