Toledo police are investigating a homicide

Toledo police are investigating a homicide after finding a man with a gunshot wound at the scene of a traffic accident early Monday morning. The victim, whom police identified as 42 year old Bill Fell was pronounced dead at the scene at Bancroft and Cherry streets when police responded to a traffic accident just after 2 a.m. Monday. According to police, the victim was the driver of one of the vehicles, and suffered at least one gunshot wound. No arrests have been reported, and the investigation continues.
