Trial Thrown Out

An area drug trial of a Napoleon man becomes a mistrial after one of the jurors makes an unauthorized search on Google. Apparently the web search was made in reference to the definition of a legal term in the case of Curtis Otto. With no opposition from the prosecution, the motion for mistrial was granted. A scheduling conference is now set to take place on April 5.
