A semi accident on Highway 24, near Ohio 49 leads to a fuel spill that closes the roadway for a time. The big rig, driven by Gary Reece of San Jose, Ill., was eastbound on 24 when he hit a guardrail, breaking open a fuel tank. More than 250 gallons of diesel spilled, leaving a big mess for crews to clean up. Reece was not injured.
