A Steuben County man hits a buggy from behind in his pickup, injuring three people. LaGrange County Police says they were in the buggy on County Road 600 South, just west of 700 West, when Benjamin Hanna of Hudson struck the rig, ejecting them. Waneta Miller and 15-month-old Charity Miller were flown to Parkview Regional for internal bleeding and other injuries. Ina Miller suffered a head injury and was taken by ambulance to Parkview. Police jailed Hanna for DUI.
