Police in Monroe arrested two people on charges of possessing narcotics they intended to deliver and felony firearm charges last week after they went to a home to find one of them, who allegedly broke parole for an armed robbery conviction. Authorities went to the home on East 4th Street on Jan. 17 to find 28-year-old Brandon Roush and found a firearm in a closet after they apprehended him, according to a post on social media from the Monroe Public Safety Department.
