A two-vehicle accident outside Pioneer leaves one injured, with the other driver fleeing the scene, according to the Defiance Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Officials say Davinna Nickloy of Pioneer rear-ended a big rig in the 14000 block of U.S. 20, near County Road 15, causing her injury. The semi reportedly did not have tail lights. The driver of the semi-truck then reportedly left the scene of the accident before agencies responded. Williams County EMS, Pioneer fire and Kunkle fire also responded to the accident. State and local officials are working together in the case.
