A 19-year-old Kendallville man is arrested after investigators say he damaged several vehicles, street signs, and buildings by spraying them with paint, using squirt guns in the area of North Main Street. Someone reported several people spraying paint from a moving SUV in the area. Officers found it…and pulled it over, discovering three people inside. Mark Keene is accused of spraying at least 44 vehicles, four street signs, and three buildings in the incident. Keene faces criminal mischief charges. Two others are charged as well.
