Water Aerobics Being Offered

The Bryan Parks and Recre­ation Depart­ment has announced that it will be offer­ing Water Aer­o­bics Classes at East End Pool this sum­mer.

Water aer­o­bics helps burn calo­ries and tone mus­cles while let­ting you stay cool in the water.

Accord­ing to instruc­tors, it’s a great work­out for men and women of all ages. The pool will be closed to other swim­mers dur­ing this class and no pool pass will be nec­es­sary.

Class will be held from 5:30–6:30 p.m. on Tues­day and Thurs­day evenings for six weeks at a cost of only $30.

Walk-ins are wel­come, and indi­vid­ual classes are $5 each.
