Wauseon man charged with murder in Fulton County found not guilty by reason of insanity.

A Wauseon man charged with murder and felonious assault in Fulton County Common Pleas Court was found not guilty by reason of insanity. 27 year old Jose D. Aguilera-Cespedes was previously indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on one count of murder, an unclassified felony; one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. During his arraignment, he entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity, and the court ordered an evaluation to be conducted by the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
