WAUSEON MAN CHARGED WITH SEX CRIMES

A man from Wauseon has been con­victed in Ful­ton County Com­mon Pleas Court, of sex­ual offenses involv­ing a vic­tim under the age of 13.

32 year old Justin Smith was found guilty of two counts of Gross Sex­ual Impo­si­tion. Smith was sen­tenced to 30 months in prison, and he was clas­si­fied as a tier-2 sex offender, mean­ing when released from prison, he must reg­is­ter his address every 180 days, for the next 25 years.
