Weed Lawsuit In Columbus

A lawsuit filed by some unsuccessful applicants to grow medical marijuana in Ohio claims state regulators failed to follow their own rules last year when they awarded provisional licenses for growing facilities. They filed the lawsuit Tuesday in Columbus.
