Williams County Board of Elections staff realized Monday they had erroneously calculated that the number of signatures needed on Edgerton Village Council nominating petitions was 25, when 50 valid signatures are necessary. By Tuesday afternoon, the county elections office had personally notified all seven candidates who have either submitted nomination petitions or have pulled petitions, of the need for the additional signatures.
