Wieland Joins The Council

The Bryan City Council selects Lynn Wieland to fill a vacant council seat. Wieland is the vice president of operations at the Spangler Candy Company. He attended Ohio State University as a business major. He and his wife, Theresa, have two sons and one granddaughter. Wieland was selected out of nine applicants for the post.
