Teacher Raises In Millcreek

The Millcreek-West Unity Board of Education kicked off the new year by ratifying an agreement with its education association for 2018. The agreement includes a 4 percent raise for association members in 2018, 3 percent in Fiscal Year 2019 and two percent in Fiscal Year 2020. The board will pay 94 percent of family health insurance in 2018. It will also offer 100 percent board-paid dental and vision benefits, with life insurance coverage increased to $50,000.
