Members of the Williams County Community Health Improvement Plan reviewed successes, challenges and future goals this week, highlighting ongoing collaboration, program implementation and areas needing improvement across the county. Done every three years, the Community Health Assessment is a collaborative effort involving the Williams County Health Department, Parvkview and wellness centers along with numerous local organizations.
