The Williams County commission approves sending a ditch maintenance petition to a final hearing, though neighboring property owners still disagree on the best way to move forward. With it now moving forward to a final hearing, staff with the Williams County Engineer’s Office can officially prepare options for the repair or replacement of the tile, as well as cost estimates and damage estimates to property. Those costs will be incurred by the affected property owners.
