Williams County commissioners approve changes recommended by Williams County Planning Commission.

Last week, Williams County commissioners approved changes recommended by the Williams County Planning Commission concerning subdivision regulations. One of the main issues deals with remnant parcels, which occurs when residents split parcels of land and the remnant doesn’t conform to county regulations due to the process that has to be followed.
