Williams County commissioners approve next step to move forward on Alvordton sewer project.

The Williams County commissioners approve the next step to move forward on the Alvordton sewer project. They give the okay to a services agreement with Bowser Morner for soil boring relating to the project. Also they will allow the Williams County Engineer’s Office to sign documents to be sent to the Environmental Protection Agency, including a grant application and designs, for the Hickory Hills Treatment Plant project along with transferring $5,750 dollars to cover the county’s portion of the cost for a recent housing study ordered by the Williams County Economic Development Corp. and the county Port Authority.
