Williams County Commissioners on Thursday approved three additional change orders – numbers 3, 4 and 5 – to the water and storm sewer project on Jackson Street in West Unity. The project consists of 1,300 feet of eight-inch water line on the north side of Jackson Street and 1,400 feet of storm sewer on the south side of Jackson Street. The project, originally estimated at $166,600, is being funded by a combination of grants through the Ohio Public Works Commission and Community Development Block Grant program. It’s virtually complete except for some final landscaping.
