Williams County Commissioners decide to expand concrete project.

Williams County Commissioners have decided to expand a concrete project that was planned for the courthouse grounds, which included laying concrete surrounding the bandstand.  The commissioners first suggested fixing some of the concrete pathways surrounding the courthouse, but they also discussed widening the walkways by two feet using concrete.  Gene Woodring, the director of county maintenance, told the board on Tuesday that expanding the paths would increase the project’s budget by roughly $10,000, making it $24,000.   The walkways were widened for a few reasons, according to Commissioners. .
