The Williams County commissioners Tuesday approved a transfer of money to fund a position for a year and ok’d three agreements for Williams County Job and Family Services (JFS). The commissioners approved transferring $10,000 to the grant-OSU Extension Funding line item to cover the full-year salary for the family and consumer science educator position at Williams County OSU Extension. And according to the Bryan Times, It is hoped language on an existing levy for OSU Extension can be changed so that position is funded through the levy in the future.
