Williams County commissioners take step to alleviate an office space problem.

The Williams County commissioners takes a step to alleviate an office space problem that has been going on for nearly a decade. The commissioners approved the purchase of office space at two different locations at a cost of just over $1.5 million dollars. The locations are 677 N. Main St. and an adjacent area that has not yet been provided an official address. The purchases were approved through resolutions. Just prior…the commissioners met with elected officials in the Williams County Courthouse to make them aware of the purchases. They are also having a space study conducted, and it is possible some county offices may end up in the newly-acquired area.
