Williams County Common Pleas Judge to retire.

Williams County Common Pleas Court Judge J.T. Stelzer will officially retire as Williams County Common Pleas Court judge Tuesday, after serving 13 1/2 years on the bench. He was appointed when Judge Craig Roth retired. He then completed two more full terms.
