The Williams County Board of Health on Tuesday, denied a variance request.
Cory Notman had been granted a variance in 2009, allowing him to hook up a mobile home to the sewer on his property in Kunkle while he was renovating the house to live in. Now, according to The Bryan Times, Notman no longer resides there and asked the board to allow the current residents to stay connected to the sewer with the possibility of removing the house at some time.
The variance was denied by the board.
