Williams County Sheriff’s Deputies made an arrest last night. 36 year old Kevin Foster of Montpelier was nabbed on a felony warrant on an indictment out of the Williams County Common Pleas Court, with the original charge being listed as failure to notify a change of address. No additional information was released.
