Ohio State Patrol troopers have charged a Defiance woman with five previous DUI convictions with driving under the influense.
Jessica Wieland was arrested on Saturday for her 6th offense. Wieland was stopped for multiple traffic violations on US 24 east of State Route 15. Since Wieland has five previous OVI charges within twenty years, this latest arrest is a felony.
