Worker Dies After Accident

A construction worker, badly hurt at the Innovation Park worksite west of Angola last week, has died. Curtis Collyer of Coldwater was working in a man hole when he suffered blunt force trauma to the head. He was taken to Parkview Regional in Fort Wayne. OSHA inspectors are on the scene investigating the matter.
