We are now at day three in the James Worley murder trial in Wauseon. Prosecutors reviewed the day Sierah Joughin’s body was found in a relatively deep grave in a cornfield in 2016. The jurors heard how a volunteer searcher found an area in a cornfield where the dirt seemed to be disturbed. He detailed the smell of decomposing remains as the digging began. The remains were bound and gagged with rope and duct tape. Testimony was also heard on a search at a nearby barn that netted evidence. The trial continues.
