A Defiance woman has won a $1 million dollar prize, the Ohio Lottery recently announced. Rachel Yonge of Defiance won the top prize on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Extreme Cash game. She chose the cash option of $1 million and will $720,000…after taxes. She bought her winning ticket at the Pak a Sak on S. Perry St., in Napoleon. Extreme Cash is a $20 scratch-off with a top prize of $80,000 a year for 25 years. There is one top prize remaining in the game.
