6-State Trooper Project results in weapons and drug arrests

The Ohio State Highway Patrol joined forces with other members of the 6-State Trooper Project to remove drugs and illegal weapons from our communities. During the initiative from midnight Thursday, March 2 through midnight Saturday, March 4, OSHP made 12 weapon arrests and 217 drug arrests. This high-visibility enforcement effort included the State Police from Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, along with the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
