9–1-1 Repairs Made

After being dis­abled by a cut tele­phone cable, the Put­nam County 911 sys­tem is now once again, fully oper­a­tional.

It was on Mon­day that we told you that the Put­nam County Sheriff’s Office said that some peo­ple were not able to call 911 due to a tele­phone line being cut.

Most of the areas affected were on the west side of the county. The repairs have been made, and now ser­vice is fully restored and 911 calls are once again possible.
