A man indicted for allegedly stealing from the Leipsic Post Office while employed there this summer will have a pre-trial conference on Jan. 26.
20-year-old Douglas Bush entered a not guilty plea on misappropriation of funds, which is a federal charge. He is free on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
Bush was charged with stealing $22,000 from the Leipsic Post Office this summer while he was a postal employee. Police say he stole postal service money orders
between June 30-July 16. He did not provide payment for the money orders and deposited them into his personal checking account.
