Napoleon man arraigned in fatal crash

In Henry County Common Pleas Court, a Napoleon man was arraigned for a crash that killed a woman in November. 28-year-old Scott Houser pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. The man lost control in Freedom Township on Nov. 14th, rolled the vehicle twice, hitting a barn. One passenger, 29-year-old Sarah Leaders died at the scene. Three other passengers were all seriously injured. In court, he was given a personal recognizance bond and his pre-trial is set for April 13th.
