The Liberty Center Local Board of Education has announced the groundbreaking date for their new K-12 school building project. The ceremony will be April 8th at 2 p.m. that will mark the start of construction. Shook Touchstone received the contract. The bid came in under budget, so the board is considering what can be put back in to complete the new building.
