Napoleon man sentenced in Henry Court of Common Pleas in fatal accident case

A Napoleon man has been sentenced in Henry Court of Common Pleas on charges following a fatal accident that occurred in November 2015. 29 year old Scott Houser of Napoleon, was sentenced to five years of community control on the charge of involuntary manslaughter. On the assault charge, he was sentenced to 180 days in Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, which will be served via GPS house arrest. Two counts of aggravated vehicular assault were dismissed. A passenger in Houser’s vehicle, Sarah Leaders, was pronounced dead at the scene while three other passengers – Simon Robson, Napoleon; Lucas Nafziger, Archbold; and Christopher Houser, Napoleon – sustained serious injuries.
