Williams County Sheriff’s Office grant application for SUVs rejected

When plan A fails, move on to Plan B. That is what Williams County Commissioners and the Williams County Sheriff’s Office have to do after a the sheriff’s office’s matching grant application to purchase two SUVs was rejected. The SUVs would have replaced the ones currently in service as canine units, Lt. Greg Ruskey told commissioners Monday. He said those two SUVs both have very high milage on them and both need increased maintenance repairs.
