Two people taken into custody in connection with a robbery at a Napoleon Subway restaurant

Two people have been taken into custody in connection with a robbery that occurred Monday at a Napoleon Subway restaurant. Arrested was a 15-year-old Napoleon male. Also charged was 19 year old George Clemens IV, formerly of Antwerp, with no permanent address. The juvenile was charged with one count of aggravated robbery and taken to the Northwest Ohio Juvenile Detention Center, Stryker. Clemens is charged with one count of complicity to aggravated robbery, punishable by three to 11 years in prison and/or a $20,000 fine. Clemens was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.
